They now own a s**tload of stock and would probably like to see this thing take off now. Osisko still owns 12 million warrants due to expire next May but at a .$0.34 price. I would not put it by these pros to begin to allow the price to rise to over $ 0.34 to allow Osisko to profit as well. We would be naive to think that they are looking out for all of the shareholders interests, just their own i'm afraid.
With respect to the market manipulation, with Orion (prior to this transaction) owning 28% of the company, would they not have had to disclose every purchase or sale of the stock ? So i don't think that it was Orion holding the price down, although they would be in the best position to gain after seeing this transaction. OR we will learn at a later date that they will be buying 5% of the stock from some #'d company located in the BVI's which they ultimately control. I am skeptical still so don't worry, i haven't changed.
A lot going down here with positioning of ownership but i think this is a great stock to be owning at these levels. I hope that they go through with developing the mine and getting the market cap up to $ 280 million.
