RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Not goin to see $9Hello Condor, I know that I've been bullish on the company, but yes, it's likely that we'll go into the 9's for a while before we move back to some balance. I don't, however, see going to the 8's; while I think there's a fair chance the dividend will remain untouched, IF the dividend were cut, it would be cut 30-50% and would be a great source of capital for the company to divert elsewhere. Yes, they are somewhat backed into a corner but it's nothing that time and an adequate cash flow, provided by a dividend cut and possibly/hopefully dropping interest rates, couldn't resolve. With investor confidence building over time, and with a dividend cut of 50%, namely Cdn .48 annually, the dividend at $9.50 share price would be 5%. At that point, prices would rise as confidence returns; I also expect the company would reintroduce dividend increases that would work to justify even higher share prices.
