RE:The temptation is to buy as it pulls ... but .... Incidator...you are right about the moving parts with this one...some of these parts are big and no doubt can move the stock in a significant way (both up and down). I believe the big one is the divvy and will they go with the 50 percent cut or something less...and has this "inevitable" cut been baked into the SP. Unfortunately until this is addressed the stock will at best tread water.
