RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Nominations for incompetent CEO of the year awardAll  directors  and senior  officers  temination  amounts  are spelled out  in  the   last  information circular   that can be found  on   SEDAR . That   is  where    the figures   I  quoted  come from. In general  from  a shareholder  point of view  a lot attention  devoted to  compensation  issues   means  that   that  is  what   the  BOD   and management  are focused  on , not returns  to shareholders  . It  also  means  they  are  invisioning the day  they  will  be   terminated. The  reason they are envisioning it  is that they know it is likely  to  happen.
