RE:Partial list of Banskota transgressionsYup, Banskota and the Board have made a huge mess. I still think AQN has some really good assets and will eventually be fine.
One thing that has bewildered me is that the share price was $18.61 on Oct 25, 2021 just before they announced the KPC deal. I would have thought that with the KPC deal being scrapped, the $18.61 price would be a little more indicative of the value than an $11.60 price. I know they did issue a bunch of new shares and that the interest rate has really ramped up but I still don't think that explains it all. I keep wondering if there's something else under the covers or if it is just that the market is just being weird.
Anyway, it will be interesting to see what happens on June 20th.

- Kentucky Smoke Belch waste of time and $; a deal nobody wanted.
- Too much debt; a lot of it at variable rates.
I'm sure I'm missing plenty of things; please feel free to add to the list.
