While the current yield exceeds 7%, however most importantly consider the potential impact of rising interest rates... given the Federal Reserve's unchanging commitment to curbing inflation to a  2% threshold, there is the possibility that AQN could face pressure to implement another dividend reduction in order to manage its debt obligations....so imo, now's not the time to buy AQN on the premise that a 7% dividend makes this attractive in any way, whatsoever..
