I   have  excluded  2  that  departed  during  the year ( likely  got  the boot cause they  were  white) . $305,066.00    for    7    IE     43580.86   each.    Pretty  fair  conpensation  for  attending   2 or 3  in person   meetings  per year  and   perhaps   another   6 ot  7  by    Zoom   or  conference  calls  .  All  travel  , ,hotel  ,  gourmet    meals with wine  included .   NO  WAIT   the   305066.00   is   for   EACH  and  EVERY  DIRECTOR  not  all   seven ----- 2135462.00  total.   Its  a  mutual admiration society between   directors   and management   re   compensation.
