There's little more upside short-term. No one liked the Kentucky Power deal, so glad it died. There's not much downside here, but there's also not much to entice him to buy it. Boralex and Northland Power, in contrast, offer better growth and balance sheets.

l have not recieved  my paper to vote , why???, l do own plenty of shares, l do have over 30k ,l use to have over 100k, due that idiot Banskota l sold over 2/3 my shares, l have lost over 600kbuck.

Hey Nite I didn't receive the paper either but that is because I have deliberately instructed RBC Direct Investing to stop sending those types of materials as they send a package for each stock for each account we hold it iin. My wife & I have 6 accounts so it makes a ton of generally useless paper. All I did was e-mail RBC DI and request the control number for each account and then I

You're welcome. I think there might be a few others that have instructed their brokerage to not mail out those paper heavy annual reports so it's good for them to know how to get the control numbers as well. As BS pointed out, every vote matters. I doubt we will get enough to turf Banky-boy but it should at least send a strong message. Also as BS noted, hopwfully the activists can raise
