Conversion from AR to Alamos and Florida Canyon

Hi, me living abroad....I must have missed that Alamos did acquisition of Argonaut Gold. In turn, every share of AR is converted to 0,0185 share of Alamos Gold and 0,1 of Florida Canyon? 

If I have 10000 AR shares, it means that Im gonna have 185 Alamos shares and 1000 Florida Canyon. Is this correct?
