The exchange ratio is 54 so the math is pretty simple take the Alamos price and divide b 54 ( if 23$ then your getting.4259 cents for every Argo share you own ) plus whatever you value SpinCo at ( not ...more

I probably have this all wrong but 12000 shares convert to 222 shares of Alamos if I have that right and Alamos is around 23.00 dollars and it was mentioned that Spinco would be about .06 cents ...more

There was no mention of Mexican operations only Florida Canyon. Or did I miss it. It will be interesting to see what Spinco lists for when it starts trading. $0.06 seems low.
