I am in contact with all the companies I am invested in on a regular basis, talking with different people, participating in the quarterly calls etc. In addition, I talk with other well informed third parties. From what I heard, Argonaut will more likely sell it, if they can, and the price is right. I am invested in Torex as well, they are close-by and have tons of cash flow, They might be interested. But maybe too small for them and they have another bigger mine to build already with significantly more exploaration potential.
I made several trips to West Africa in the last years and are invested in several companies. I think investing in Ghana, Ivory Coast and the right parts of Burkina is actually lower risk, especially in terms of permitting. I sleep much better with my investments in that region. They are all doing well, and I have limited negative surprises. However, there are a lot of places in Africa where I will never invest.
