Argonaut Gold Inc. is a gold producer with a portfolio of operations in North America. The Company’s operating mines include Florida Canyon, Magino, La Colorada and San Agustin. The Florida Canyon Gold Mine area is situated in northwestern Nevada within the Basin and Range physiographic province. The Magino mine property is a past producing underground gold mine located 40 kilometers (km) northeast of Wawa, Ontario, approximately 14 kilometers southeast of the town of Dubreuilville. The property consists of seven patented mining claims, four leased mining claims and 69 unpatented mining claims totaling 2,204.495 hectares. The past producing La Colorada gold-silver mine property is located approximately 40 km southeast of Hermosillo, Sonora State, Mexico. The San Agustin property consists of four mineral claims totaling 1,065 ha and is located in the northern San Lucas de Ocampo Mining District.

RE:RE:RAISE WAS OBVIOUS.... BUT NOT GIVING AWAY THE FARM ?????Okgo.. Alamos is in the money big time on the placement already? They are making money on their own buyout offer? lol. What a joke? lol. Imagine making the raise of $50, hedging gold at these prices to cover the years high AISC, then releasing drilling results, an increase resource etc. and maybe just for once some good news. It can't all be bad or Alamos wouldn't want it, right? Magino was supposedly finally performing well? Then with the share price higher maybe you issue yourselves some free shares, at least over .38 cents out of respect to the previous placement participants. Then with the share price well over .45 cents in a rising gold market after a ton of promotion of great things to come, then and only then you start entertaining offers? One minute you are saying the shares are worth multiples of dollars and then next you dump it for a few cents???? Very, very dissapointing? Just my opinion.
