These  geniuses "Sold" Magino a project that likely tops $1.5 billion in costs when including buying the property and building the mine for aprox. $550 million. A mine with resources for 20 plus years with more to come and a 1.2 gram per tonne grade and a brand new mill which will with a little more investment produce 250 thousand ounces per year at $1300 per ounce leaving Alamos or whoever buys it with aprox.  $ 350 million Cdn. per year in profits plus much more in synergies for aprox. $650 million Cdn. when including the expansion cost. Nice 50% plus annual profit that should be ARs shareholders.

If thats the best they can do with a top tier property in a great location what do you think they will end up doing with their Mexican low grade clapped out junk  that will likely cost way more to Spinco in remediation than the worthless junk is worth. along with  their .3 gram per tonne Nevada junk?

Whether they end up with 1 billion shares or 100 million shares it doesnt really matter because 100% of worthless garbage is still worth nothing.

Cant belive how some fools think this is a good deal.
