AR has been savagely shorted for years. Never much of a let up. I don't know how they make any money if they never cover their positions. I suppose they cover and short sell again at a lower price. I don't see any particular reason to cover right now as the sentiment is realy poor due to uncertainty on how they will fiance the unfunded portion of Magino, However on the positive note a buy out is unlikely so when the mine is operational there could be a good recovery. I think the sp is highly dependent on how they raise the funds. A loan and a royalty agreement might be best if they can get one otherwise a huge share sale which will further hurt the sp. Optionaly, there are probably a few Majors interested in adding 150k per year to their numbers. We shall see. This ploy to get the mine built with an underfunded loan and cash flow money is backfiring big time and the ceo is kicking a can down the raod while the rest of us are in don't sell / don't buy mode..  DF

It makes complete sense for this stock to be shorted the way it has considering they dumped a turd of an announcement before Christmas (ho ho ho) stating they need more capital....a lot more capital to fund Magino. The short squeeze scenario and I believe it be a good chance of it is a transaction. The only issue is at what price. As my insider sources tell me, Alamos is the logical buyer. Some

Thanks for the reply geosan0. Kicking the can down the road is what people that loose their job do. They can't tell us what they don't know, but you can be sure that there are some pretty high profile people gathered around the table with banksters, investers, corperate management and directers to come up with financing solutions. The solution will come with a CEO to take it on. Selling
