Insiders are holding and analysts 
have a buy rating.

A billion dollars to build a mine that might produce 175k oz. That's not to like. The only good thing is they don't have much debt. But there is a  chance magino will be sold for maybe 30 cents a share. This mine can't recover the money spent to build it. Somebody is gonna take a loss

The cost to build a plant with this potential at 1 billion may seem a lot, but try building this today for less. Most mining construction projects are in the billions since about 2010.   Anything near this size is at least 3 billion..... I cannot find a 4 to 5 million ounce mine that cost less than a billion to build, which was built after 2010?
