Cash Costs about $900 oz.

Hard to conceive of a more useless number than 'cash costs'--bordering on misleading, the only number to be determined is AISC's and everyone including managers knows it.  For those wondering how much gold was poured, get a grip it's irrelevant, they're just working out the bugs on the way to normal production.  IMO

They mentioned cash costs. But they don't want to mention AISC. Believe me they know what it will be. But they dare not bring it up. Like I said before, a mine that cost over a billion to build and to only produce a max of maybe 200k, the AISC is probably $3000 or something like that. I don't know why I'm still holding this. Go up another dime please so I can get rid of it

That's not quite fair; in fact, unfair and your hot spittle misses the mark The description of projected AISC for 2023 is clearly set out ("brought up") on pages 9 and 12 of the  AR 13 June corporate presentation, discussing "operational outlook" and 2023 guidance. Due diligence sometimes calls for required reading, Cheif, to know why you are still holding on to this ...more

Unfortunately AISC is not fully defined in the accounting profession as each industry has many complexities and issues that are open to interpretation. The world gold council simply encourages member miners to estimate thier AISC as best as is possible to be transparent to shareholders about the true nature of that company's ability to show a bottom line profit on an ongoing basis until the ...more

Above is what I posted 18 months ago. People don't listen or think about it...or what the implications could be. To me it was obvious. But honestly i didn't expect it to fall this much. Feels nice to realize you made a mistake doesn't it
