The market goes up, Arg stays same or goes down. Gold price goes up, Arg stays same or goes down.
Other canadian gold mine shares go up, Arg stays same or goes down. The company puts out positive forward looking news, Arg stock stays same or goes down.
There are obviusly market forces behind this freeze on Argonaut. What are they ?

It is a mystery---it appears that a very coordinated campaign is in play---by who and as to why, I suspectg that somebody on this board knows.  Will they tell us, no they will no tell us.  Does AR management know, yes imho, they do.  Enigmatic AR is.  IMO

I don't see any mystery. Gold miners are the most hated equities at this time. I own a bunch...Artemis, fortuna, caliber, b2b, equinox, aris, and others. They are all down big time from a year or two ago despite the near record highs in gold price. AR is no exception and it's price is reflective of the fact that it has locked in about 40% of its gold at $1860. Imagine. Now gold is ...more

It never ceases to amaze me how short sighted people are. Look at the chart buddy. Argonaut had an average stock price of around $3 for the past 10 YEARS. What do u mean by top?

People were buying  when ar announced it was going ahead with Magno. It looked like a very promising growth story. They had it all layerd out. The numbers looked good. The project was to be entirely self funded. Then they messed up  and now it's a 40 cent stock. It now is what it is.
Comment by psych01 on Feb 01, 2024 10:06am
They messed up real good, in their communications and forthright informationals---one day we thought we were dealing with some savvy homres, next day we knew we were dealing with crackpots.  IMO

That was the past...this is now.....accept it or keep crying
Comment by Stratocheif on Feb 01, 2024 10:23am
Hey if u want to bottom pick ur gonna pick up a lot of garbage. This is not a hidden gem. This is a company that has failed miserably in its duty to deliver value to its shareholders. And I'm not crying about. I just don't like this kind of company. Go ahead pump it.

The construction costs for Island Gold will exceed $1 billion, with a maximum output of only 2,400 tonnes per day (tpd). The construction costs for Magino are similar, but its maximum output is projected to reach 20,000 tpd very soon. With the implementation of OREpro3D technology and the completion of reserve expansion, the head grade is anticipated to rise. The company has already processed ore ...more

Criticizing the company every single day, making comments referring to management as crackpots, and describing the company as garbage. You ask, why is the stock price so low? I don’t know, why don’t you take a look in the mirror? I believe that is partly your answer.

Rgo--my posts, your posts---don't make any difference to the SP.  Just my views, just your information, both valid.  To insinuate that other people's ideas are not valid is called gaslighting.  I actually appreciate the information that you post---my only observation is that it's too much at times and most often fails to address the present reality---i.e. way too much ...more

Your perspective is specifically flawed. You have been spreading incorrect information for several consecutive days about a hypothetical corporate action that the company has never mentioned. Instead of reaching out to the company, you dismissed my posts as meaningless ramblings and implied that the company is an unreliable and poor source of information. You circulate questionable information ...more

Rgo---same advice as I gave OK---relax, don't let it get to you, this is a social media forum---much more about exchanging various points of view, never about affecting buying and selling which would be bordering on delusional.  My belief, based on what I've seen, is that nothing is off the table to keep Magino operation Tier 1 Asset going. imho, a reverse split therefore, which is ...more

Comment by Stratocheif on Feb 01, 2024 11:51am
If you believe the stuff posted on these forums move stock prices I think you are wrong. Studies have shown they don't. 50 or 100 people reading a post here is irrelevant and has no influence on sentiment. There are hundreds of thousands of shareholders out there. But if there are any weak minded people out there who will make an investment based on what they read here alone well read this... ...more

Hey Chief...posting posts from 2 years ago means nothing.....especially from you.....you should be happy Gold is up....?!?!? You sold your $3 shares @0.40 ???
Comment by ARGONAUTGOLD on Feb 01, 2024 12:56pm
Indeed, why do I hold this belief? Let’s begin with your hypothetical scenario where the total number of users who read the posts is between 50 to 100 per post. Assuming that these 50 to 100 individuals all purchase stock on the same day at a rate similar to mine. This leads to a collective purchase of between 12,500,000 and 25,000,000 shares in one day. If there's a surge of 25,000,000 shares ...more
