That’s not true, the option contracts are being amended. Most likely to change the exercise price of issuer options, also known as repricing. It’s treated as a grant of a new option. When options are repriced, two transactions are reported: a disposition for the cancellation of options and a grant for the new options. Ok--we know the day of reckoning looms, and we know that AR must raise the SP somehow---there are limited options since the market for reasons rational or irrational it matters not, refuses to do so. Debt refinancing is the discussion.  IMO

yes and the CEO stated that he feels the SP at $.40 was way undervalued (someone had posted an interviev of him calling for a $1 +++++ fair value SP)  In the short tearm with the NR re;AISC was a bit of a kick in the teeth to some SH thats why they sold it down to $.215 ....no need to go over why or why not it should have gone that low, anyone who is interested can go back in the postin ...more
