Wasting away again in ARville. Looking for my lost worthless Spinco shares. Some people claim  that Alamos is to blame but i know its my own damn fault for buying this krap. 

But there is booze in the blender and soon it will render that frozen concotion that keeps me hanging on for a higher buyout offer.

Some people claim that the pumpers and ex besties  Argo and Oko are to blame as they pumped endlessly that AR is the best thing ever and  had endless financing offers and nothing but blue sky and huge profits ahead and then pea in their pants and take any 2 bit offer that comes along  but i

i have agreed with you that the deal was put together a while ago...but my theory is that it was done on purpose by Young to solicit offers by other players looking to do M&A time will tell if im right or wrong ... we should not have to wait too long for anything to happen i said 3-4 weeks dont think it will be a last minute offer. if this comes to pass some of you will have to apologize to

then how do you explain the break fee, the equity positions granted at low valuations, not releasing the drill results, and apparently if correct I believe someone said leaving that up to Alamos discretion in the future?????? lol. If another suitor comes along AR is obliged to disclose all aspects of the buisness to the company looking to make a counter offer , just as they had to disclose all pertinant info to Alamos when they were considering their offer.  Im sure if they held back anything and something showes up after the deal closes that may be considered negative there would be Lawsuits for non disclosure) they

as a sidenote: Regarding  KoolAid.... I stay far away from that CoolAid stuff the whole JonesTown deal put the final nail in the coffin for me, prior to that the creepy pitcher of CoolAid busting thru the wall gave me the eebe jeeby's !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this may possibly predate you but you could always Google it ?!
