How would a competing offer work. There is the breakup fee of $20M plus other details?

dontthink the breakup fee is payable on a competeing bid as Alamos has first right of refusal only payable if lets say a lender comes forward gives them better tearms and the AR board decides to go with that and break the deal that way could be wrong but thats the way i read it
