Can the 40% have taken reservations for higher bids?

0.286 Canadian dollars per share. Give me a break. This is another disgraceful deal made by Mr. Young on behalf of the AR shareholders.

I have 2 questions:
1) Where I live the acquiring company has to have 80% of the shares (vores on their side) to force the current shareholders to sell. How is it in Canada?
2) Can the two big shareholders with the 40% of the shares that backs the Alamos offer have taken reservations for a higher offer, so that they are entitled to sell to another bidder than Alamos, if that other company bids higher than Alamos?
