The Company focuses on the development and on the construction and operation of the Penco Module, which aims to produce a rare earth concentrate through a processing plant that is be fed by clays from nearby deposits. The Company also conducts exploration activities in order to determine if there are deposits within its other mining concessions that can be developed economically and with an adequate environmental footprint.

It would be a lot more fun,just to bs you and string you's on,,but truth be known,,i don't know
They have some great properties,and maybe they will need cash to carry on soon,so they could be going to do a underwriting,,but would expect some news soon.
Maybe someone else,,see's value here
All i can tell you is that my TFSA account loves it.
