You and the other poster are either ignorant or stubborn, It was already explained why this stock will NOT go beyond $24 (more likely $22) for as long as there are convertibles outstanding.

Also they don`t seem to have benefitted at all from SNC troubles, profits flat, sales flat and backlog is actually dropping.
