RE:RE:RE:Another New ProjectIf it isn't in the scope of work. itemized on the drawings, a CCN (contemplated change notice) will be issued for pricing. Don't worry, these guys don't do anything for free. If the project runs beyond the completion date and it isn't the contractors fault, a delay of job claim will likely be submitted. Think Eglinton Cross Town subway line in Toronto Expect delays. Covid is still hampering material delivery dates which will affect the completion time table. I can only imagine the long leads on a nuclear plant project.
