RE:Our losses likely to be coveredSo the TTC was delaying the completion on the grounds of minor deficiencies (the city is broke) which is why we went to court to context the authority of the TTC on both contractual and managerial/competence grounds. The claim and compensation will be huge if any bad faith is proven by the private partners. This is why Jean-Louis talks about substantial settlements.
