Mistakes of the pastWhen they over-reached the dividend they were forced to cut it and that caused a ssrious pull back from which they haven't totally recovered. I love divs the same as the next person, but I sure don't want to see them over-reach again. Slow and sure is the way I'd like to see them go. Great company, but operating in a politiocally challenging area so best to be conservative IMO. GLTAL
