Insider buys

Took a look at the Insider reports for GCM and Denarius over the weekend.  GCM continues to buy back its stock.  Iacona is Exec Chairman.  Iacona himself bought over 100,000 shares of Denarius stock in early January.  Insiders obviously see a lot of upside for both companies.  I am of the opinion GCM will continue the buy backs and I would not be surprised to see them use part of their monthly cash income to increase their stake in Denarius.

GCM already owns a higher % of Denarius than they did of Gold X at the point they announced the buyout of Gold X.  Do you see GCM taking out Denarius at some point?

I will take a look at Gold X.  Have to get a better handle on how Denarius created. Thought it was a bit of spin out of GCM.  Never thought that they would buy it out, but if the drill results are as great as expected, I suppose it could happen.  At any rate GCM is generating a lot of cash and they have to put it somewhere. Will have to keep our eyes on insider buys.

>> if the drill results are as great as expected, I suppose it could happen With GCM trading in this price range, the markets will see it as a bullchit move, no matter what the drill results are.  If GCM wants to own more Denarius, then it should buy more of its own stock back ASAP.  Now, if GCM were better valued, and trading at 18 or 20 dollars a share, then it might  ...more

Thanks Haywood, looks like they do have money to burn.  Think these buyout will continue and either GCM will take a run a Dinarius as Serifino has been continually adding on a personal basis..
