RE:EV/EBITDA 2.6 based on H1 EBITDA of $59.8mil & $310.96mil EVhttps://www.goldstockdata.com/company/222-Gran-Colombia-Gold-Corp.html

The EV of goldsilverdata.com goldstockdata.com is WRONG.

Yes EV is marketcap plus debt minus cash.
But their EV is adding fully diluted market cap of 1.4B shares.
What happens when GCM is fully diluted? Their debt disappears, there is no more debt to add.
If they are using fully diluted for EV, they can't add the debt on top of that. Their calculation is not intelligent enough to know that the debt is convertible.

EV of GCM is much lower than their number, fully diluted or not.
Other financial sites use straight market cap, not fully diluted.
The dilution hasn't happened yet, the company is still buying back debt. Fully diluted can't know what will happen in the future.
