I got phoned

I got phonedI just got a phone call asking me to vote as recommended by the GCM management. 15:1 consolidation and extending the 2020 debentures to 2024. The strange thing is they never phoned my # they phoned a land line that has nothing to do with me that belongs to another family member. I think that's a little strange. I'm still thinking about yes consolidate or no vote it down. I only owned 1 stock that did well after consolidation and sat on it for years before it took off and before it took off the price dropped down to the pre consolidated price. Sort of had to wait them out. Using a multiple amount of analysis all of them indicate that GCM is undervalued some place between .27-.73 cents. When I first researched GCM, that took weeks, I knew there would be a consolidation but NOT until the 2018 and 2020 debentures were completed as nobody would know exactly how deluted GCM would become hinged on how many debentures could be bought back and desolved. That yellow gold stuff sure makes greedy people greedier and sure we all invested into this play to profit. Still going to do a bit more thinking and does anyone have a good explanation why this consolidation should happen now without throwing in that institutions won't look at it under a dollar or day traders are having a dream come true with the 10% price fluctuation. Thanks the Yogiemyster.
