RE:Gran Colombia Gold - Beyond Gold

RE:Gran Colombia Gold - Beyond GoldI saw another article by a gold bear about gold mostly being put in vaults back in the ground . I did a little research and that doesn`t make sense . Each year 11 million ozs of gold and 240 million ozs of silver are used in electronics . And those figures are 10 years old . Only 15% is recovered. There is still investment and jewelry on top of that  . This year Russia says they will put another 240 tons into the National Reserve to cover things like pensions  . China , the world`s biggest producer let`s no gold leave the country other than electronics . Year after year how can producers keep up ?  For years gold has been borrowed out of reserves and I don`t think it ever gets put back . How else could demand be met ?  Just my thoughts . I wonder if anybody thought of using Bitcoins as electronic solder . They look like gold coins :)
