New Terms of Listed Aris Warrants

I just emailed and got confirmation concerning the listed Aris Warrants.  Pre-merger Aris has 76.6 million warrants outstanding with C$2.75 strike and expiry July 29, 2025 (about 34.5 months from now).

GCM owns 18.4 million of those warrants and they will be cancelled.  Hence, pre-merger the outstanding tradeable Aris warrants = 58.2 million.

Post merger the New Aris warrants will be reverse split 2 for 1.  Post merger there will be 29.1 million warrants outstanding, the strike price will be C$5.50 and the expiry will be the same.  Hence, everything will be equal in value pre and post merger.  So expect in a little over a week the Aris warrants will be trading at a price of C$0.40 (double today).

FYI, Aris warrants are trading at a discount to fair value.  They are thinly traded and only for long term investors.  I own a bunch!

I've seen a reverse split in warrants ...more
