Are you Soma pumpers insane? 🤡

Aris current market cap per insitu oz of gold resource is $21.Why? Why? Why in the world would Aris pay $173 per oz of insitu gold under Tobinator's proposal of a $70 million acquisition cost??? Are you insane?

Under your proposal Aris should be trading 8 times higher or Soma 8 times lower. We know the answer to that.

Come to your own conclusions. Wow!!!!

Seriously we all understand how undervalued Aris is, this tout for Soma clearly exemplifies that point. Let me make this perfectly clear l'm not here for a simple double. The pedigree of Aris is a ten bagger at the very least. The greatest minds in the PM market have assembled under the umbrella of Aris. Do your own DD and you'll clearly see what I'm alluding to. They have quietly assembled what will
become a globally significant player in the precious metal sector. The timing couldn't have been anymore perfect.

Let's review my sanity on acquisition cost of a producing miner.  Previous posters suggested that the fair acquisition price of a producing miner should be in the range of $20 per ounce resource.  I decided to see what the market values miners and selected a handful to see if their market cap to gold resource figure is in the $20, $100, $200 ++ per ounce range. K92 (KNT.TO) has a ...more

Thanks Tobinator for taking the time to research and ultimately posting the information comparing the value of the gold resources of the selected precious metals companies.  Thought provoking post.  Thank you! Canuckman

Segovia deposit is narrow vein and they tend to be valued lower by the markets. It is also more challenging to have large reserves. What are the mining widths at Soma?

Go to the Corporate Presentation on Soma's site.  Pages 12 - 18 talk about the deposit and the last page shows a high grade vein.  At the AGM that vein was disclosed as 200 g/ton.  They are expecting to produce 8.4 gram/ton grades for 2023.  Not as high as Segovia but very rich compared to most gold deposits. Management has said they are on trend with Segovia with similar ...more

Great Discussions. I also have holdings in Aris. I just want to bring to light a risk that may have an impact on lower valuations...geopolitical risks associated with operations in Columbia. Part of the renaming of Gran Columbia to Aris is a rebranding effort. Also, diversification of potential mining locations....Canada and Gyuana...provides and bit of security for the company. All the eggs are ...more

If they get 20K that is a very good pay in Coloumbia.  Their costs are a lot lower. https://www.numbeo.com/cost-of-living/country_result.jsp?country=Colombia

oldman, your calculator is wrong. Average annual salary can't be 1.9 million ColOmbian pesos, since the minimum wage is 1.1 million pesos per month. If avge monthly salary is 1.9 million then annual pay is 22.8 million pesos, equal to around CAD 6,400. There hasn't been nationalization of private companies in Colombia ever, as far as I know. If government tried to do it they'd be in ...more

Sorry about that....assumed annual income...never the less indicates fiat money. Far Right government will do anything though considering the curreny world debt.
