You missed the elephant in the room : 100 koz more  for almost nothing .  To build a plant for a 100 koz prod needs around $ 200 millions . And no permits here.  The only problem  ahead is the way they manage Soto. But this is a medium term story. Gl

Instead of building roads in Guyana, they could use an airship
