But with the recent news that DRC is going to review ALL contracts, there is little chance Africo gets into production by end of '09. Last year, they said to expect it by end of '08. I wouldn't be surprised if it were eventually changed by the end of '10.
The deposit is nice, but the legal issues aren't.
