Youre getting paid an 8.8% clip/year just to wait for a stock with margin of safety to the real value. Theres nothing going right now, thats when you buy. You need look where no one is looking if you want above average returns. Just wait until LNG Canada is built, pipeline decisions, greater interest from first nations to buy into energy infrasructure, elections coming up, phasing out of coal for natural gas...theres so many catalysts that can propel this thing to the upside, yet only negative sentiment to propel it down (which is not value driven.
