Yes.....the price of oil is up and ARX is down - would be very interesting to know if the very companies that are raising their targets are also the companies currently dumping shares......one way to find buyers for your shares is to artificailly elevate your target.....the sheeple tend to fall for that. The long and the short - don't believe all these targets are made with our best interests in mind.
