Had to spend so much capex to make up for the huge decline after a year of production, which added to their debt, which allowed backs to ask for dumb hedges, which got them in trouble.
Not sure why some talk so much about condensate. Thought the prices ARC got last quarter were about the same for both.

Decline rates are difficult to compare between these two companies because they have very different reserves. Tou is essentially a dry gas producer and Arx production is liquid rich. Wet gas tends to have higher decline rates but higher initial profits
