RE:RE:RE:ARC !To my thinking, $30 next year becomes a no-brainer considering the tasty netbacks we'll see on the incremental Attachie Phase 1 production alone once it kicks in.
Combine this with an almost certain near-term dividend increase and strengthening per-share EPS metrics from ongoing share float reductions, and you have one of the easiest long-term holds imaginable in my opinion.
Buybacks take much, much longer to kick in when a company is trying to gain market appreciation for its efforts -- they're almost always a thankless task on a short-term basis (and we've had >125,000,000 of them since the strategic combination with VII). But when they do start to kick in, look out!
