QUESTION : WHAT SHOULD BE DONE WITH RETARDS THAT TURN CANADA'S BEST LIQUIDS PROPERTY INTO A VACANT LOT ? 

SEEMS TO ME THE ONLY REMEDY HERE IS AN AK47 PURGE OF THE BOARD , RISK MISMANAGEMENT AND THE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT . WHAT THESE CLOWNS HAVE DONE HERE IS CRIMINAL !!!!!

Top. A bit drastic but I see your point. I count 7 chair warmers on the board I don't know any of the VPs or Terry but what I can say is that Arx has slow and steady over 25 years mostly in the Montney and montney dry gas. Why missed out on the play is a puzzler as they were the first player a full five years before ECA made montney take off Most of these guys have never dealt with super rich

My guess is why they didn't keep Dave Holt, was that the CFO thinks he is the Chier Operating Officer, and the CFO.  My guess is when Dave tried to figure out his roll for COO, it stepped on Bibby toes a bit and he wanted Dave gone. Maybe Dave decided he did not want to work at a company run by the CFO. Lots of speculation.. IMHO
