I have experience with Blueberry Nations, and have witnessed how companies have to grease the palms of the Band Chiefs, and how even companies owned by members of the band do not give the tribute that the council demands for all companies working on their lands. 

Blueberry companies themselves are offside with the blueberry nation at times. 

I am planning to divest all my BC oil and gas stocks, there is just to much risk here, especially at these prices. 

If anyone has done exploration in NE BC it is very expensive and very rugged, do you really think a lot of future development will happen without exploration incentives for dilling high risk wells?

People think all wells cost the same, but that is not the case when you are doing exploration drilling, and now with ARX having 9 rigs at kakwa and zero at attachie, it kind of shows you what is happening. 

Arx needs more that just to get attachie sanctioned, they need a permitting process for wells in NE BC, and when you listen to Eric no one know when the Treaty8 issues will be resolved, but they will not be resolved with the interests of the oil companies at the top of the list. 

Also the royality review process is far from over and i just do not trust BC / NDP goverment. The royality rate curves have not yet been established. 

I am moving back to my core holding of POU, NVA, and other alberta companies. 

It has been a good ride, but ARX simply have to much focus on BC for my liking.

Blueberry River Blueberry River First Nation Chief Judy Desjarlais says she is looking forward to building a unified and prosperous future for her nation I believe she owns a drilling service company, Arx will be greasing her palms nicely.

She owns a service company called torque, which makes me optimistic as she is the new chief . Side note torque worked for 7G

More than Blueberry The way i see it is like this, It is not longer a decision of the Blueberry's alone, many bands have thrown their hat into the ring. Project Approvals The project approval process will not support ongoing development and the ability to grant a well license. What is it going to cost ARX to get the approvals from Treaty8 nations for Sunrise and Attachie.  Well

One of how many chiefs? What about hereditary chiefs? Who actually speaks for the band?  I have seen so often elected chiefs vote one way and then the hereditary go the opposite.  Now you get a small group setting up blockades with countless others backing them.   Same old same old.
