excellent news...soon this facilty alone could wipe out the ALL excess nat gas being produced in the USA , just one more piece falling into place to see $4 nymex next year ..see below...dwdc

Venture Global Louisiana Plaquemines LNG export plant takes in first natural gas.
Plaquemines is expected to be the next U.S. LNG export plant to enter service later in 2024.LSEG data showed Plaquemines took in about 0.6 billion cubic feet per day (bcfd) of gas on Wednesday.ey expect Venture Global to complete work on the first 1.8-bcfd phase of Plaquemines between 2024-2026 and the second 1.2-bcfd phase between 2025-2026.

The only problem is that the existing plants aren't running at full capacity, which would indicate the demand isn't there. But don't let facts get in the way of your bs.

has to be one of the most in-accurate response comments i have read in a long, long time..FACT ..the only reason that the output of the current exporting facilities is lower is due to planned / unplanned (breakdown) maintenance AND NOT a LACK OF DEMAND...do your homework before you post such foolish comments..see below..dwdc Overall, gas flows to all seven big U.S. LNG export plants ...more

It seems that you have attracted the ire of one tiredneedledick.  Well done!  This speaks volumes for your character and credibility as the schlub only takes crooked aim at the most accurate of factual postings.  Keep up the good work. LNG Canada starting in 2025.   Plaquemines in 2026 and Cedar LNG now in 2028 with ARX supplying gas to all of them. ARC Advances LNG ...more

Agreed!  Just in time to meet the demand from the new EU sanctions put in place on Russian LNG. Gasum, a key gas supplier to the Nordic region, has announced that it will stop buying and importing Russian LNG from July. This decision is in line with the new package of sanctions imposed by the European Union against Russia, targeting the country’s gas exports for the first time. https ...more
