when Nascent voted against Joane and Sean to push their policies through. Not sure what they want this time, but the text in news release seems to indicate that Nascent is pushing to accelerate the project which in my opinion means focus on PFS and drilling only of secondary importance - will see. But if I would be in charge I would do the same the incremental value of wasting money in a 2 year long uncertain drill campaign, or  focus the same money to get the project as it stands faster through and in production I can not compare.
It is time to put the explorer mindset to the site and recognize that real value creation is now in executing on the project and bring it in production.

Ya it's 2 years of nothing. The only good thing is that the new PEA shows how economical and profitable Canariaco is.  If Bonifacio is the last man standing then Fortescue obviously thinks they can work with him. We will see. If Fortescue doesn't pony up the cash soon to buy this project the Chinese will, as Peru officials are actively in talks with strategic partners from China to ...more

Well if you look at the New Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan, nowwhere in the text does it stop the board to offer an other 10% share to Fortescue amd now fortescue voted against every single board member that was there. Just like they did in 2022.

Why wouldn't they then just take the necessary steps to take us over now and make a somewhat fair value offer, instead of playing around and try to get those board members out the door? They are just wasting time (which they try to prevent according to your assumptions).  Could it be that those board members that they want to get rid off stand in their way of a total low ball offer?
