Antibe Therapeutics Inc(Pre-Merger) T.ATE

Alternate Symbol(s):  ATBPF

Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is leveraging its hydrogen sulfide (H2S) platform to develop therapies to target inflammation arising from a range of medical conditions. The Company’s pipeline includes assets that seek to overcome the gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Its lead drug, otenaproxesul, is in clinical development as an alternative to opioids and NSAIDs for acute pain. Its second pipeline drug, ATB-352, is being developed for a specialized pain indication. The Company also focuses on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Otenaproxesul combines a moiety that releases hydrogen sulfide with naproxen, a non-steroidal, anti-inflammatory drug. ATB-352 is an H2S-releasing derivative of ketoprofen, a potent NSAID commonly prescribed for acute pain. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

RE:RE:People's Poll - Adjusting for Risk - Market Price June 10

RE:RE:People's Poll - Adjusting for Risk - Market Price June 10It's a psuedo law firm alright. LOL

Panties a little ruffled?  Why don't you answer the question I asked:

What should market open at tomorrow morning?  Maybe the genie will come out just for you.

The CC- Echelon report was orchestered to buy some time so insiders can sell their shares. Once done they orchestered Shorters, Negative article by Deep Dive and Abott-Take 2 to bring the share value close to financing levels. This stock is going to hit 30s.

I may/will loose more money, I don't care. But I hate to be part of this Bandit Company as a share holder.

Mastermind- I think you realised who are the real shorters. Check with your psuedo law firm.

Risk Adjustment:

1. Time to market just got a whole lot better - looks like financing isn't going to delay execution so this is a good sign.  We may be ahead of timelines now.

2. They are no longer being held hostage by a Big Pharma partner for $.  If they don't need cash, they now have the upper hand in negotiations.  So what do they need big pharma for?  Buy out of ATB-346?  Perhaps the doorway to $3 billion?

3. Financial risk just went way down

4. Patients should be ecstatic, new drug coming quickly!!

If this deal was put together over the last 6 months ish - could this be a rollarcoaster ride of old news coming first? in the very positive results pathway up?  Objectively speaking paradoxical activity happening to induce sell offs to get new shareholders in because it's looking like 80-90% chance of positive Phase 3 results and 10-bagger from my view.

What should market open at tomorrow morning?  People's pole.

I want Echelon out of Antibe next exit.  Some capital huh?  If Echelon took Antibe public for their IPO, we should be getting a FAT cheque for damages!
