And it sounds like he may have sold out of the stock because he used a couple of terms like "as I recollect" and "if I remember" or "if I recall". i.e. he is not watching the stock.

Last time McWhirter was on BNN he said he had participated in this most recent bought deal.   Phase three testing may take some time but this will likely get taken out in one form or another long before phase thee is completed.
