let's say if Pfizer acquired ATE and use H2S to create a new form of Aspirin. Will this be a new patent for Pfizer and none of the other pharma can make this new aspirin as a generic drug?

Correct. All IP would be transferred to Pfizer in acquisition transaction, so the patent would be theirs.  No generics could be sold until the patent term expires.
