Antibe Therapeutics Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. The Company is leveraging its hydrogen sulfide (H2S) platform to develop therapies to target inflammation arising from a range of medical conditions. The Company’s pipeline includes assets that seek to overcome the gastrointestinal ulcers and bleeding associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Its lead drug, otenaproxesul, is in clinical development as an alternative to opioids and NSAIDs for acute pain. Its second pipeline drug, ATB-352, is being developed for a specialized pain indication. The Company also focuses on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Otenaproxesul combines a moiety that releases hydrogen sulfide with naproxen, a non-steroidal, anti-inflammatory drug. ATB-352 is an H2S-releasing derivative of ketoprofen, a potent NSAID commonly prescribed for acute pain. Its IBD candidates are being designed to maintain the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of ATB-429.

Yeah, it is truly unfortunate that Mugsy has become the primary "troll magnet" on the ATE board but I am acquiring my own troll infestation as well. I strongly believe in freedom of speech, so let the trolls bellow on. I have chosen not to listen to them for they say nothing of relevant substance.

I have come to the conclusion that most of the trolls here are disgruntled ATE investors who have lost considerable capital on their investment and now need to lash out at management and longs for their misfortune. What they fail to admit or own is that no one forced them to invest in ATE. By investing in a biotech you are accepting an inherent risk along with huge potential reward hence the expression "no risk, no reward".

Then there are the penny flippers and swing or day traders. That is tantamount to gambling. In a bear market the odds are stacked against you especially if you are retail investor. I can't recall ever seeing disgruntled gamblers trolling casino operators or online betting sites because they lost money gambling, so why stock forums. If you choose to purchase a stock and in the long run you lose money, thats on you unless there was inherent fraud or regulatory violations on the part of the company. The unknowns and risks with biotechs is huge, but if ATE gets approval for the next blockbuster pain medication so are the riches. "Rome wasn't built in a day."

Some VIBE Facts that the Pumpers Don't want you to Hear

It's not unexpected that as soon as I make a "factual post" about VIBE the usual pumpers come out of their lairs. Are they so threatened by the truth that they need to try to deflect and confuse ?

The essence of my post was that the one and only analyst (Doug Cooper) covering VIBE and who on three occassions between March and September 2021 touted this stock with a ridiculous target price of C$2.60, and then never refreshed his analysis as the stock price plummetted, now releases his list of recommended cannabis stocks which is devoid of VIBE. Take from that what you like.

Additional facts:

VIBE stock never reacts to industry sector news that affects most other US MSOs
On October 6th, 2022 when the biggest sector news in years moved most cannabis stocks by upwards of 20%, VIBE was unchanged on a pathetic volume of 11K shares.
the stock has no liquidity and average daily trade volume is below 10K shares or C$2000. So when the pumpers boast about increases in the stock price like today, realize it is being manipulated on minimal volume. This is not a rally.
VIBE investor relations doesn't even respond to inquiries from retail investors and when they do they it is with information about buying VIBE swag.
VIBE continues to suffer from the woes of the California cannabis market including prohibitive taxing and a large black market that far exceeds the legal market in size, even with law enforcement efforts to quash it.
VIBE's last financials showed large losses compared to the previous quarter and it is unlikely that the next quarter will be any better.
One of our most prominent pumpers now "prophesizes" that VIBE will be bought out by end of year. At what premium ? Even at 100% premium all VCAN and most retail VIBE investors will still incur huges losses.
We are now heading into what could be a lengthy recession. The GOP may take the House and Senate in the November elections. This could stifle any future momentum in cannabis stock prices as safe banking, decriminalization and 280e will take a back burner to other GOP agenda items.

So when you read the posts from our regular VIBE pumpers, keeps these FACTS in mind, perform your own due diligence, and fact check their hype.
