Bio - Europe

Seems like ATE is not presenting, nor are they "on demand."
Leads me to believe they will only be part of the 1-on-1 partnering discussions.
If you find time to snoop around, let me know if you find something different re. Antibe.

Looks like all the big Pharmas are sponsoring.

Time will tell! We have been silent for over a month now.  I wish we had some inside info!

In a way we do ... this is me guessing again ... We know that negotiations are underway but we don't know the details (but we do know the value of the drugs and the value of having those drugs to either become a player or to defend your market). We know they are going to the TSX and then to a US exchange - I would still bet we go to the TSX this year but we can't say the same for the US. ...more

I enjoyed your post MrMugsy.    I'm beginning to see why you are enthused about Antibe's relationship with this Virginia(?) chemical professor. I think that the value resides not in the present, but in the future.   My understanding is that his research is focused on new nano molecules that can control the the strength, release (timing) and location of an active ...more

If potential institutional investors demand/request an uplisting for any variety of reasons-mainly to qualify rules based investing protocols-then by all means;UPLIST.The "if you build it,they will come" mantra can be quite expensive as you've noted here, and especially confusing,if ATE performs a reverse split to qualify.Let the market dictate.

I suspect that he is getting some good advice from the Board, IR Stern and the Partnering Advisory Team.
Comment by MrMugsy on Oct 24, 2020 2:36pm
And the advisory team should be well versed in how to do this.  How to get the biggest bang for the buck ... as they've been involved in billion dollar deals in the past.

Billion dollar deals and $135M market cap ....talk about dreamers
Comment by MrMugsy on Oct 24, 2020 3:26pm
No No I said the Advisory Board has worked on billion dollar deals. I never said ATE was going to get billions - but then again - never say never !!!! I've seen stranger things happen over 30 years of market activity.

Mugs, your statement about billion dollar deals "in the past" was very clearly stated and understood by anyone without an agenda underlying their reply. This yycgolfer cuck must be a Liberal. They are masters at trying to twist words into something they are not, even when the evidence is plain for all to see.

Thanks Pragmatist. My questions to Dan were straight forward.  I explained to him what I thought was happening and I asked if they were working on getting additional patents. He said ... we have it - in R&D now. So ... I'm pretty sure that any new patents take time to get through the initial acceptance and moved into the main patent database.  Even if a new patent exists, we ...more
