There Could Be An Upward Surprise

There Could Be An Upward SurpriseATH has opened a data room for Duverney for a JV Partner. ATH said there were about 16 interested parties (maybe some just want a peak inside the data room). This would not be the first time someone looks at a JV opportunity and decides instead to just buy the entire company. The market cap today is about B$3.2. After taking out the expected cash of say B$1.3 (yes, assumes this goes through) the remaining assets are had for say B$1.9 plus premium. This does look cheap (to me, maybe not to you).
