Athabasca Oil Corporation (AOC) is a Canadian energy company with a focused strategy on the development of thermal and light oil assets. AOC’s segments include Light Oil and Thermal Oil. The Thermal Oil segment includes the Company’s assets, liabilities and operating results for the exploration, development and production of bitumen from sand and carbonate rock formations located in the Athabasca region of Northern Alberta. It also consists of two operating oil sands steam assisted gravity drainage projects and a resource base of exploration areas in the Athabasca region of northeastern Alberta. The "generalist " money will for sure not buy in until financing is Secured. They would be crazy to put a large investment it ATH until that point. And probably can't if they wanted to for some of those no risk funds.  

we on the other hand can "speculate "that they will get financing therefore grabbing cheep shares at these prices. 

oil prices seem to be stabilizing in a investable range between $65 and $75 or hopefully even better so that factor is good. 

For me given those parameters means I can load up and hold till financing is done and feel very comfortable. when financing is done everyone will jump in because the Numbers are crazy good.
