Reserves? Production?There has not been any publication of what these guys have actually found (i.e. an NI 51-101 form of reserves) nor of what they have on production (cash flow!).
Each of these influence what value this entity might have. As well, I am amused at how highly the management team is touted. Don't see a body there that has recent success. With all due respect to Mr. Smith, being retired for a decade and living on the west coast calls into question the quality of directing any kind of meaningful expenditure of funds (raised at hugely promoted per share prices).
I think this has the makings of a huge train wreck. . .
